Cheddar Chipotle Jalapeno Dip

A little cheesy, a mild/medium heat and a little kick with jalapeno peppers. Add sour cream or yogurt. Stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours before serving. Serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.
